like you! The North Carolina Association of Health Care Recruiters is
a non-profit, statewide professional association of health care
recruiters and human resources professionals who support information
sharing, education and networking. The majority of our members are nurse
recruiters, physician recruiters, and allied health recruiters. We are
committed to the recruitment and retention of health care personnel in
the State of North Carolina.
We recruit the majority of
health care personnel in North Carolina and invite you to join us in
providing leadership and support for the health care recruiting
profession through advocacy, education, and professional development.

Membership Information
| The North Carolina Association
of Health Care Recruiters is an organization comprised of nurse
recruiters, physician recruiters, and allied health recruiters.
We are committed to the recruitment and retention of health care
employees in the State of North Carolina.
The objective of our group is to promote and
exchange principals of providing quality health care recruitment
and retention. The expertise demonstrated in this diverse group
includes:

- Computer Applications
- Legal Issues
- On-Line Recruitment Strategies
- Compensation and Benefits
- Statewide Trending

NCAHCR Memberships
Active: Our only voting
membership. For professionals who are actively involved in
health care recruitment, retention and/or human resources
process.
Associate: Available to
individuals with interest in supporting NCAHCR activities.
Associate members may serve on committees. No individuals
associated with supplemental staffing or personnel placement
agency (search firms) are eligible.
Honorary: May be
conferred on the individuals or organizations that have rendered
distinguished service to the Association and have shown
substantial support for the goals and activities of the
Association.
Institutional: Available
to organizations that are interested in supporting the goals of
the Association and furthering the development and growth of
NCAHCR.
Membership renewal is conducted yearly
in July .

Our association represents North Carolina's
largest health care employers and we're always interested in attracting and
retaining the nation's elite nursing and allied health personnel. We're sure

Cooperative Competition!
Friendly competition is great! Sure, we
compete for applicants; but our collective goal is to meet the evolving
needs of the health care consumer. Collectively, we can attract and retain
larger pools of qualified health personnel.

Scholarship Information
Our association offers
scholarship opportunities in an effort to assist, encourage, and enable
deserving and interested students currently enrolled in an accredited
program for health professions.
This scholarship program
is open to full time students in North Carolina who have been accepted into
an accredited ADN, BSN, or allied health program. The amount of the
scholarships to be awarded are $500.00.
Applications are
normally accepted and reviewed during the spring of each year. The
Scholarship Committee will review and determine award selections by January
31.
